Aquila Pattern Backsplash
Add Dynamics to a Kitchen with a Patterned Backsplash
The Aquila pattern here is used to create a dynamic kitchen design. With no focal point, it allows the cook, and dinner guests, lots of visuals to enjoy. A Mid-Century Modern design, like this kitchen, has two signature styles: a multi-mix of patterns or a monochromatic field, both with rich, bold, pastel.

We were interested in a unique design that we could create and didn’t want a ‘cookie cutter look’ or tile from the big box stores. Josh and his staff were very helpful in guiding us to coordinate the color and style of our kitchen backsplash.

We purchased handmade tile from Clay Squared for a backsplash in the tiny kitchen of our 1914 bungalow… but they look like they’ve been there all along. Fabulous!
