Jade Waterfall Shower
Josh worked with the homeowner to create a stunning design effect at a low cost. The field is made up of Kiwi 3″ x 6″ Midcentury subway tile. Thin pencil liners (3/4″ x 6″) in a mix of Jade Moss and Avocado make up the cascading mosaic under the shower head and faucet.

I used Clay Squared in Minneapolis to order the custom tile used to restore a 1949 vintage pink mosaic shower stall floor to match the original (long obsolete) tile still present in the rest of the bathroom. I needed to redo part of my 1950s pink and peach bathroom while preserving as much of the original as possible. Clay Squared offered a peach reproduction tile that complimented the original tile (although not an exact match). It was availble in a variety of sizes and shapes. I used it for the stall shower and it looks splendid. Tile arrived in perfect condition. I would happily recommend retro renovators to check out Clay Squared.
