Classic Flat Edge Subway and Hexagon Tile
Historically Accurate Wall and Floor Tiles of the 1890s-1930s
Our Flat Edge Collection of subway tile and hexagon ceramic porcelain floor tile are reproduction architectural tile matches of 1890s-1930s. These vintage wall tile are 3/8″ thick with a flat surface and square edges. They are traditional subway and square wall tile, moldings, and accessories by Subway Ceramics that will look original to Victorian and Bungalow homes. Our Flat Edge Collection of tile colors are true to these architectural periods.
We also represent unglazed porcelain mosaic floor tiles that come mesh mounted. When wet, they do not get slippery and are great for bathrooms, entry ways, and kitchens. Great examples of this type of tile are in the book Bungalow Bathrooms by author Jane Powell and photographer Linda Svendsen.

I absolutely love Clay Squared. Josh is happy to brainstorm endlessly about tiles and tile projects, and I love going there whenever I’m in the neighborhood. And their tiles are gorgeous. Highly recommend!!
