Tile Restoration Center Collection

Tile Restoration Center is a small tile company in Seattle, Washington dedicated to producing historically accurate reproductions of American Arts & Crafts tile makers such as Ernest Batchelder and Claycraft. These tile are traditionally used for fireplaces, floors, fountains, wainscoting, kitchens, and baths. You might have a Batchelder installation in your house and not even know it.
Field Tile Color Chart
The tile colors are subtle, natural and stone-like. Unlike glazes which can cover over a clay body, the muted colors are derived from the interaction of the stain with the clay. The stain color is used in the recessed background area while the raises surface is stained with the Earth Brown color.
