Returns & Cancellations
Purchased samples are non-returnable. Seconds, overruns & made-to-order tiles are final sale; no refunds will be given; exchanges will be considered. A 6% processing fee will be charged, if orders are canceled within 24 hours, unless already shipped; then customer pays shipping and the processing fee. Outbound and return shipping is at customer's expense. Tiles broken during return shipping will be deducted from refund. Remaining balances will be available as store credit, good for one year. Payments on ordered projects are nonrefundable after 24 hours.

Custom tiles are made-to-order; expect 3 to 4 weeks to complete and deliver. Special order project deposits are non-refundable. Mistakes happen. If you’ve ordered the wrong tile (color, type or quantity) let us know and we can help make it right. Call first, to explain your situation. Pay for shipping, if you need to return tiles. Take a picture of the tracking slip or shipping receipt and then send the image to us, so we know the tile has shipped. If you’re in a rush, you can prepay your new order, to speed things up. Pay for your order and the shipping and a one-time administrative fee of 10%. We’ll order your tile, wait for the return and then reimburse the difference, if any. No more oops!
