Cosmic Spots are the result of experiments with ceramic glazes. Temperatures of nearly 2000 degrees cause chemical reactions between the glazes that create halo effects and give way to new colors. The resulting imagery evokes a sense of floating spots. No two Cosmic Spots are alike, which makes every glazed handmade terra cotta tile design unique and alluring.
